Refund Policy
Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 10% is required. A 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of booking, during which you may cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable and will be deducted from your final balance.
Please note that certain events may require additional equipment or third-party services, such as fridge trailer hire, generators, specialist equipment or other facilities. In these circumstances, the deposit may exceed the standard 10% booking deposit and will include any non-refundable booking fees or deposits required to secure these services on your behalf. Any additional deposit requirements will be clearly communicated and agreed before booking confirmation.
The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before your event date. If you cancel your booking more than 60 days before the event, any payments received beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
Due to the nature of event planning, including staff scheduling, stock purchasing, supplier commitments and the reservation of your event date, all payments become non-refundable within 60 days of the event date.
Where possible, Rolling Shaker will work with clients to reschedule bookings to an alternative date. Any request to transfer a booking is subject to availability and must be agreed in writing. Payments already made may be transferred to the new date, subject to availability and any additional costs incurred as a result of the change.
In the unlikely event that Rolling Shaker is unable to fulfil the booking due to circumstances within our control, a full refund of all monies paid will be provided.
Nothing within this policy affects your statutory rights.
